Hollier's Cajun kitchen has the staples in Louisiana Cajun food. From jambalaya, boudin, gumbo, fried chicken and more. I can go on. But if you eat here you will want to try most of the items. You can order from the menu but I suggest the buffet. It does have a good amount of items. The service is just there to fill your drinks if you choose the buffet. The place is a quiet wholesome place in a small town. These are the places that Yelp helps and creates. They can grow to more that just the people who live there. The food and people deserve it.

A must stop for great Cajun food(except for the gumbo), it was so good that we went back the next night. The fried catfish and shrimp platter was worth the price($16). They had a buffet that looked good but I could not eat enough to justify the price(21.95). Very Good!

Best place for a good ribeye steak. I get the biggest ribeye steak they have and the salad bar. The service is great and people are friendly.

I stopped by Hollier's on my way from New Orleans to Houston. I was looking for authentic Cajun food, and I could not have been happier with my choice. The food was delicious and their service was even better. On my way out, I purchased their homemade Cajun seasoning. I wish I had purchased more than one.

In town fishing and wanted some Cajun food to start the trip. It did not disappoint. We got the mild Boursin to start. It is mild but still has a tiny kick. Then got the Buffet. They were switching to the dinner Buffet at 2pm. It seemed to be about the same foods. Good variety and good flavor. Nothing seemed to have mild flavor, everything had really good flavor. And they do have dessert with the Buffet. Our waitress was very nice and attentive as well as the whole staff. It's worth a try!
